Abraham Lincoln Elementary teacher Mrs. Patricia Esposito joined 39 educators from western Pennsylvania for a lesson-planning blitz, creating interactive STEAM lessons that integrate the new STEELS science standards with ice hockey. Hosted by the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Children's Museum, the event featured hands-on collaboration, on-ice activities, and a behind-the-scenes tour, with Esposito excited to pilot the new lessons this fall.
